HELS HLS-100 LRB UNIVERSAL TYPE JOINT WITH TIE RODS BUTT WELD

- Universal type joint with tie rods are installed to pipelines where there is laterlal or vertical dilatation movements which is caused by different zones in order to keep the system in safe. This type of expansion joints are designed to absorb x and y movements, according to system requirement. Universal type joint with tie rod consist of double ply bellows, intermediate pipe, flanges and tie-rods. It is capable to prevent any collapse movement with bellows and tie-rods at both sides.
- Universal type joint with tie rods are installed dilatation zones as well as underground pipelines and used all type of flow media. Bellows are in stainless steel, connections in stainless steel or carbon steel.
- Connection: Floating flange, fixed flanged, butt-weld, screwed or grooved.
- Nominal Sizes: DN25(1’’)-DN1200(48’’)
- Working Temperature And Pressure: PN40 ,-80/+427oC (optional; -80/+1100oC )
