HELS HSK-25F BALL FLOAT STEAM TRAP

HSK-25F is a float steam trap with integral air vent. HSK-25F can be installed both horizontally and vertically but if any other requirements informed before production our standard production is horizontally which allows flow media from right to left direction.

OPERATING

HSK-20F discharges condansate continuously and used in conditions of prompt condensate discharge is required. Firstly air in the system is discharged by thermostatic air vent and it which is closed after operating by steam. When the condansate pass through inlet of steam trap, ball float is activated and provides main valve open. As
soon as condansate discharged, steam arrives to steam trap and turns off the main valve.

INSTALLATION

Check max pressure and temperature values Check flow rate direction and installation direction. Dot not forget to take presonal precautions in case the condansate discharge is directly to atmosphere that the max temperature would be around 100°C Be sure operating of system after installation and maintenance. The installation of ball float steam trap is both vertically from up to down flow direction and horizontally from right to lef tor left to right
flow direction. It is required 120 mm available space to remove the cover.
