HELS HLS-400 KMY GIMBAL TYPE EXPANSION JOINTS GROOVED

• Gimbal type expansion joints are installed to pipelines where there is dilatation movements which is caused by different zones, seismic movements caused by earthquake in order to keep the system in safe. This type of expansion joints are designed to absorb x, y and z movements, according to system requirement.
• Gimbal type expansion joints consist of double ply bellows, intermediate pipe, flanges and gimbals. It is capable to
  prevent any collapse movement with bellows and gimbals at both sides. Gimbal type expansion joints are installed dilatation zones as well as underground pipelines and used with all type of flow media. Bellows are in stainless steel, connections in stainless steel or carbon steel.
• Connection: Floatıng Flange, Fıxed Flanged, Butt-weld, Screwed
• Grooved Nominal Sizes: DN 25(1″) – DN 1200 (48″)
• Working Temperature and Pressure: PN40 basınç,-80/+427oC (optional; -80/+1100oC )
