SPECIFICATION: EN ISO 3677
CLASSIFICATION: B Cu 86 Sn P 650-700
Classifications :
- EN ISO 3677: B Cu 86 Sn P 650-700
- NF EN 1044: CP201
Description & Applications : PHOSBRAZ 675Sn
- Alloy with a high phosphorus and tin content, suitable for copper brazing. Tin (Sn) lowers the melting point, increases fluidity and exhibits good wetting properties. Also offers good corrosion resistance and is non-toxic.
- Very low temperature need. Its melting range requires a rapid heating cycle to ensure that the elements donot separate through liquation.
- Excellent fluidity and low melting range. Manual alloy, but it can also be used on work shop for automatic, oven, carousel and induction brazing..., with narrow gaps. Therefore, it can be consider an alloy suitable forall heating methods.
- Rods of Ø 1,5 - 2 - 2,5 - 3 mm, standard length 500 mm. Other dimensions on request. Also available inwire
