SUPER-CUPROX BRAZING ALLOY

• This high quality welding and brazing alloy is an alloy of copper and zinc with small addition of silicium,silicon, nickel and manganese to assist deposition.
• Compared to Cuprox, Super-Cuprox contains 1.0% silver. This addition refines the alloy, lowers the meltingrange, improving electrical conductivity and increasing ductility.
• Having a slightly lower melting range, is recommended for the brazing of galvanised steels, while protectingthe zinc coat. Its high fluidity and good capillarity makes it suitable for brazing tricky works.
• Heating can be achieved by induction, torch or by furnace.
• Most used in lock-smithing and work shops.
• A flux is necessary. Can be used as bare rods with our Cupro-Flux or Poly-Flux as flux coated rods (standardcolour as FC: purple).

 - Bare and flux coated rods Ø 1,5 - 2 - 2,5 - 3 - 4 - 5 mm, standard length 500 mm and 1000mm. Alsoavailable in wire and performs.
